Recruitment & Interview Process
At Bridgemark High Schools, our recruitment process is designed to be thorough, fair, and aligned with our academic standards. Each stage allows us to assess professional competence, teaching ability, and alignment with our institutional values.
Candidates progress through structured evaluation stages, beginning with application review and concluding with a final oral interview conducted by senior leadership.
Application & Shortlisting
Once an application is submitted, it is reviewed by the Human Resources and Academics Office to assess qualifications, experience, and role suitability.

- Shortlisting by the recruitment team
- Invitation for campus assessment
Assessment & Demonstration
Shortlisted candidates attend an on-campus assessment. This stage evaluates subject mastery, communication skills, and classroom engagement techniques.
- Aptitude or subject-based test
- Demonstration lesson (where applicable)
- Observation by Academics Office
- Evaluation by Head Teacher & HOD
Final Interview Stage
Candidates who successfully complete the assessment phase are invited for a formal oral interview.
This interview focuses on professional conduct, institutional alignment, and long-term contribution to Bridgemark High Schools.
